Pomp means a stately display of importance, and the strong vertical movement of this logo give that cue. The shape of the lines coming to a point are a graphic representation of strands of hair. The soft colors, and the curves are reminiscent of the ocean and achieve the feel of an upscale salon.
State of the Art Landscape is a full-service commercial landscape maintenance company based in Virginia that commissioned Jennifer Spencer Design to design their new logo. We selected a large sans serif font to convey strength and the simple lines are clean and contemporary. The green color is fresh and alludes to the plants and the logo is a graphic interpretation of turf and of the letters 'S' and 'A'.

WineDoor's primary service is locating and selling rare and collectible fine wines to discerning clientele.
